Hello to everybody reading this. My name is Owen and I recently moved to Redhill. I used to work and live in London before that. Right now I work a boring desk job at an office.
As far as free time goes, I love reading books, especially autobiographies, going to jazz gigs and art galleries. I also like eating out and love trying new dishes not typical for the average English person. I hope I meet a lot of new people here, both in terms of friendship and business.

Hi Everyone, I am Patsy Allan from Dover Kent but now living in France. I have joined this forum because I am looking for some help. On the 15th November 1955 my brother James Gleeson was born at 5 The Grove Caterham Surrey. Our father also called James Gleeson was in the Grenadier Guards and he was stationed there. I have a couple of old photos of our parents with James as a baby outside the houses on the Grove and wonder if the original houses are still there? I have looked on Google streetview and the houses now look quite modern. What I would really like is if someone could take some photos of the house and the Grove and the area and forward them to me? I would like to give my brother the photos as part of his present which is all based on our childhood and the memories we have. So if there is anyone out there who goes past the road and has a camera phone I would be very grateful, Regards Patsy.

This growing building and maintenance company are looking for an experienced and competent GAS SAFE plumber/heating engineer to carry out various service and maintenance works. They are based in Surrey and London but the majority of the work will be London based typically within the M25. You will be required to drive around London on a daily basis.

The company has 2 divisions, one that covers plumbing / heating maintenance type work, and another that does installations – bathrooms / kitchens / central heating systems etc. The majority of the work will be maintenance related heating and plumbing works such as boiler repairs and installs, gas safety certificates and plumbing repairs however there may be a requirement for some first/second fix plumbing.

Applicants must:

– Be Gas Safe Qualified
– Enjoy quite varied work
– Be able to think on their feet and problem solve
– Be a team player with good communication skills
– Be reliable, and able to work on own initiative
– Have a full, clean UK driving license
– Have a minimum of 3 years experience as a GAS SAFE plumber
