Guildford Pewley Down

Pewley Down is such a unique place, a mere stone throw from town centre and yet you once you walk over the hill you find yourself surrounded by nature and breathtaking landscape! Who needs a car, eh?

Looks great, how do you get there from the station?

Hi! I’d say the best way from the station is through the High Street, then when you reach the arcades opposite from the Tourism Office turn right through Tunsgate then go up Pewley Hill. At the very top of Pewley Hill you’re there!

Fantastic spot, and as you say Pauline, it’s really not far from the town centre at all. Spent many a nice summer’s day on Pewley Down. Haha clearly that can’t be true as we actually need nice summer’s days first – but there were a few A really nice spot well worth a visit I reckon.
