    Beef Salpicao Salad
    Slices of slow cooked beef, flavoured with garlic and paprika, pan finished with oyster sauce and served with a seasonal salad


    LAMANG DAGAT (FISH/SEAFOOD COURSE)
    Pancit Pusit
    Squid ink glass noodles topped with grilled squid stuffed with chives, onions, garlic, tomatoes and ginger



    ULAM (MAIN COURSE) - WINNING RECIPE
    Chicken Relleno
    Slices of roasted chicken stuffed with minced pork, chorizo, carrots, onions, black olives

    Grated potatoes pan fried in butter and delicately flavoured
