Well that’s probably the Staring Ghost Butler of Pippbrook House

Pippbrook House at Dorking, which now houses the main library and the offices of Mole Valley District Council is said to be one of the most well-known haunted places in Dorking.

A Ghost butler has been said to have been spotted looking out of the top window, across the street, staring passers-by

Also a Lady in Grey (possibly the butler’s employee) has said to have be spotted walking past the window

Pippbrook House was constructed on the site of a manor house (built in 1378)
