    As Senior National Account Manager your remit will be;
    • To construct a sales plan for all existing accounts within portfolio each financial year. Plan to include sales turnover, margin and product penetration objectives.
    • To make visits to locations of the National Account Customers as required maximising awareness of our client’s products.
    • To work proactively with the "End User" customers of the portfolio of National Account Customers to gain listings for our client’s products that will be sold through National Account Customers as designated.
    • Seek opportunities to promote our client’s products to the sales teams of major customer and carry out such training to assist in up-selling / cross-selling products.
    • To maintain a comprehensive file for each customer to include correspondence, a copy of the sales plan, pricing and rebate details, each month. Customer call reports a site directory, copy of any contract, product range and forecasts.
    • To organise promotional activity to boost sales levels in conjunction with the Purchasing and Marketing teams of customers.

    We are looking for a Senior National Account Manager with strong commercial skills and knowledge of the food service industry. We are a market leader both in the UK and Europe and are looking to spearhead expansion with investment in our UK factory, new and innovative products and an increase in resources. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will take day to day responsibility for some of the company’s largest accounts and will be responsible for building product sales and development relations with a diverse range of customers across all sectors of the catering industry. Educated to degree level, you will be a creative thinker, who has a proven track record in the consumer goods /foodservice sector.
