One bedroom property wanted ASAP (Sutton, Epsom, Cheam, Surbiton, Ewell, Banstead)

Hello,
I am looking for a 1 (or 2 bedroomed) property in the Sutton, Epsom, Cheam, Surbiton, Ewell, Banstead or surrounding areas. It could be a flat, or a house or a converted property. My top price per month is £850. It would be for myself and my partner. I work as a private music teacher. We have a lovely and very well behaved dog called Louie, so hopefully that would be ok. Ideally a ground floor would be good and we would like a garden if possible. We are willing to consider areas which might be further out if we like the property. Also we can move as soon as we find what we are looking for. If you have anything else that might be suitable, please let me know
